I would like to give my comments on the above course that ox Teams participated m where I also attended all the sessions. It was enlightening and a good refresher with new motivating ideas.
What I have noticed is that most of the staff have slotted using the techniques or at least straight away realize when they are doing something wrong. They are friendlier both with external as well as internal customers. The idea of sending the customer from “hell to heaven in 60 seconds” has also been evident in many instances.
Although we will require more and continued training periodically to keep of us reminded and bring in new Ideas, however, for now I feel quite satisfied and would soy it was money and time well spent.
My next target would now be to look at your Leadership training product as I believe that it is a vital area in any organization especially to synchronize after the above training given to staff.
