  This is a two day seminar.
  Day 1 will be conducted on 20th July 2011 from 0900Hrs to 1700Hrs.
  Day 2 will be conducted on 27th July 2011 from 0900Hrs to 1700Hrs.
  

  Mastering Empowerment will:
  

  • Define the different ways that empowerment can benefit the customer, organization and employees
  • Identify how to create a culture of Empowerment
  • Explain why empowerment has been so difficult to achieve
